1. Account & Organization Deletion Process
TrustMora provides mechanisms for organizations to request the complete deletion of their account records, cached customer review data, reply drafts, and connected integration authorizations.
2. Revoking Google Integration Permissions
Organizations can disconnect their Google Business Profile at any time from Workspace Settings. Alternatively, administrators may revoke TrustMora's OAuth delegation directly through their Google Account Security panel under "Third-party apps with account access". Upon revocation, TrustMora permanently discards stored refresh tokens.
3. Submitting Deletion Requests
To request permanent expungement of your organization records during the current development release, workspace owners may initiate deletion via workspace settings or submit a formal request via email to hello@trustmora.com. All requests require verified ownership authorization.
