1. Service Access & 7-Day Free Trial
TrustMora provides a 7-day unrestricted trial that starts exclusively upon the successful import of your organization's first business location. During the trial period, core features including review syncing, manual replies, and rule creation are accessible. Upon trial expiration, continued active review management and automated reply publishing require an active subscription tier.
2. Acceptable Use & Review Platform Compliance
Subscribers agree to utilize TrustMora strictly in compliance with all applicable search engine and review platform terms of service. Prohibited activities include deceptive review gating, paying for artificial reviews, generating fake customer endorsements, or deploying automated spam. TrustMora reserves the right to suspend workspaces violating these policies.
3. Human Oversight & Publishing Responsibility
TrustMora provides AI drafting and automation tools. The customer remains fully responsible for all replies published to public review profiles. Users are encouraged to maintain approval workflows for sensitive or negative customer feedback.
4. Subscription Tiers & Location Quotas
Subscribed organizations are entitled to manage locations up to the quota defined in their active plan. Adding locations beyond subscription capacity requires upgrading to an appropriate tier or custom billing agreement.
