1. Scope & Multi-Tenant Data Protection
TrustMora provides software for business reputation management and review automation. All customer data, including reviews, business locations, response templates, and team member accounts, is strictly segregated by organizational boundaries in a multi-tenant architecture. We do not sell, rent, or cross-pollinate customer review data across organizations.
2. Google User Data & Business Profile Access
When an organization connects its Google Business Profile, OAuth credentials and access tokens are strictly utilized to synchronize reviews, verify location IDs, and publish user-approved replies in direct accordance with Google API Services User Data Policy and developer guidelines. We request only the minimal permissions necessary to manage business listings.
3. AI Response Drafting & Data Usage
TrustMora provides AI-assisted review drafting. Customer reviews and prompt instructions sent to language model processors are utilized strictly to generate review replies and sentiment analysis for your workspace. Your reviews are not used to train shared public models.
4. Data Retention & Workspace Deletion
Organizations retain ownership of their content. When a workspace is deleted or disconnected, cached review data and associated credentials are scheduled for purging in accordance with our retention policy.
